About David

David F. Neilsen is originally from Walton Hills, Ohio. He attended Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, graduating in 2005. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 2009, majoring in both marketing and management. David attended law school at The University of Akron, graduating in 2015, also earning a Certificate in Litigation. During his time in law school he was an active member of the mock trial team, participating in tournaments in Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2015, David has focused mainly on the areas of Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation, representing hundreds of clients. He is licensed to practice law in all Ohio Courts, in the U.S. Federal District Court Northern District of Ohio. In his spare time David enjoys golfing, running, and sporting events.
