David Sherwood was admitted to the state and federal bar in 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., magna cum laude, 1977); Yale University (M.Phil., 1981; PhD., with highest honors, 1983); and the University of Connecticut (J.D., with highest honors, 1987).
