David F. Turlington is a lifelong resident of eastern North Carolina, practicing personal injury and worker’s compensation litigation since 1996 with David and Associates. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina in 1990 and from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1993, being licensed the same year. He is a member of the New Hanover County Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and is admitted to the Eastern District of North Carolina.
