About David
David Gouzoules is a seasoned litigator who does not shy away from fighting for his clients. After graduating from one of the best law schools in the country, he spent the first 12 years of his career at large law firms, where he represented both individuals and corporations in high-stakes cases involving wrongful death, fraud, consumer protection laws, property damage, and insurance coverage disputes. David has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients, and his experience on both sides of the courtroom gives him a strategic advantage in anticipating the opposition’s tactics and crafting winning arguments. Known for his tenacity and meticulous preparation, David is also a compassionate ally for his clients in their time of need. He understands that litigation can be overwhelming, and he takes a hands-on approach to guiding clients through every stage of the process, from pre-filing investigation all the way through trial. When he’s not in court, you can find David playing golf, trying a new restaurant, or spending time at parks and beaches with his wife, son, and daughter.
