David Gray

David Gray was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1979. He was initiated into Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. During his undergraduate years, David volunteered reading for the blind at the Red Cross. He received his J.D. at Western State University College of Law in San Diego.
