David Handley

David Handley joins Burke & Handley, P.C. after five years at civil litigation defense firms in Chicago. He has extensive experience representing businesses, hospitals, doctors, municipalities, and international manufacturers, handling cases from pre-litigation through trial and appeals. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Civil Practice and Procedure Section Council and authors a bi-annual chapter for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
