About David

David is a shareholder practicing in the worker’s compensation section. He practices in all areas of workers compensation defense including primary compensation, bad faith and penalty claims against both the employer and/or the carrier. He works directly with employers worker’s compensation insurers and third party administrators. David obtained his J.D. from Marquette University in 2001 and his B.S. from U.W. La Crosse in 1997. He was included in Superlawyer’s Rising Star listing from 2009-2012 and 2014.
