David J. McGlothlin was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Northern Arizona University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in American Political Studies. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in May 2007. Since 2007, David has focused exclusively on consumer rights litigation, including fair debt collections, class action litigation under the TCPA, and false advertising actions. He is licensed in California, Oregon, Utah, and Arizona.
