About David
A native of southwest Illinois, David focuses on federal government takings and mass tort cases. Since joining Flint Cooper, David leads town hall meetings for the Rails-to-Trails practice and oversees new client outreach. While in law school, David served as a Dean’s Ambassador, as well as a member of the Negotiation Board, International Law Society and Sports Law Society. In 2021, he won the title of “best negotiator” on the Negotiation Board team.
