David B. Kelley is the founder of The Kelley Law Firm, established in 2006. He has extensive trial experience in Virginia and West Virginia courts, specializing in criminal cases, motor vehicle and traffic offenses, and personal injury. He was admitted to the West Virginia and Maryland State Bars in 1984 and the Virginia State Bar in 2007. He received his law degree from Thomas Cooley School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond.
