Mr. Montgomery was born on May 26, 1964, and graduated from Butler High School in 1982. He received his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1990.
