David M. Clark

About David

David M. Clark grew up on a cattle ranch in southwestern Wyoming. He worked his way through college, earning a bachelor's degree in finance from Utah State University in 2001, and a JD from the University of Wyoming Law School in 2006. He has broad experience in law, starting his practice in Worland, Wyoming, where he became a partner. Dave has participated in a wide variety of litigation, including complex commercial litigation and personal injury, securing millions in damages for clients. He has trial experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, and substantial appellate experience before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Additionally, he handles transactional matters, including real estate, business mergers, and estate planning.
