David M. Kozloff

David M. Kozloff, founder of one of the predecessor firms of Kozloff Stoudt, concluded fifty-eight years of law practice on August 30, 2024, retiring as Counsel to the firm. First admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1966, Kozloff organized the law firm which became known as Kozloff, Diener, Payne & Fegley in 1980. That firm merged with Rhoda, Stoudt & Bradley in 2000.
