About David
David practices in the areas of Arbitration, ADR & Mediation, Real Estate Law, and Examiner of Titles/Torrens. David brings to his clients over 35 years of Torrens, boundary, and survey experience. He is the Examiner of Titles for nine counties and Deputy Examiner for several other counties. David has been certified as a Real Property Specialist since the beginning of the specialist designation. He serves on the Minnesota Title Standards Committee, including the subcommittee that writes the survey guidelines. He is also a member of the Real Property Specialist Certification board, and in 2019, was elected as a Fellow to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. For over 35 years, David has been a mediator and arbitrator of commercial, real estate, and construction disputes.
