David Oeschger is a partner and trial attorney at The Becker Law Firm, specializing in complex civil claims involving medical negligence and serious personal injury. His commitment to helping victims stems from a personal tragedy involving his father's misdiagnosis. He earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2009 and a B.A. from Penn State in 2002. Known for his ability to connect with people and explain complex legal concepts, he approaches every case with a jury in mind.
