About David
David Boldt co-founded Kirner and Boldt in 1989 and has been the managing partner ever since. He earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1986. He is an active member of the Parma Bar Association (serving as Director and Secretary), Ohio State Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. His practice areas include Estate Planning, Business and Real Estate Law, Probate of Estates and Guardianships, and Trust Administration. He has received the Martindale-Hubbell peer review AV Preeminent Rating and the Parma Bar Association’s Don Reiman Professionalism Award.
