David R. Miller is the firm’s founder and a seasoned trial attorney, dedicated to all aspects of personal injury litigation in Carlsbad since 1978. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1973 with a degree in accounting and then attended the University of San Diego Law School, graduating in 1977.
