Mr. David Nauts is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. There are currently only three medical malpractice defense lawyers in the entire State of Michigan who have been granted entry into this prestigious institution. He is AV or Preeminent rated by the Martindale Hubbell Peer review ratings. He has been designated a “Super Lawyer” in the area of medical malpractice defense every year since 2009. He is a frequent lecturer on medical-legal aspects of birth trauma and has lectured to the World Birth Congress by invitation from the Chief Perinatology Research Branch Program Director, for Obstetrics and Gynecology for the National Institute of Health.
