David Ringer was born in Jackson, MS, in 1952. He received his B.A. from Stetson University in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar Association in 1978 and is a member of the Mississippi Bar, and current or former member of the Mississippi Oil and Gas Lawyers Association, Mississippi Prosecutors Association, National District Attorneys Association, and the Mississippi Municipal League. He is also admitted to practice in the Choctaw Tribal Courts.
