Mr. David Rottmann serves as lead counsel for the Community Association Division of Coker Law Personal Injury Lawyers, a position he’s held since joining the firm in 2012. He is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law in the state of Florida. He has represented hundreds of condominium and homeowner associations across Florida, advising on a broad range of legal issues. Mr. Rottmann has extensive experience representing community associations in all stages of litigation, up through and including trial and appeal, and also in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
