About David

David’s law career began when he graduated at the top of his class at St. John’s University School of Law. Afterwards, he worked with Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Nixon Peabody, two of the world’s top law firms that charged him to work on some of the world’s most complex commercial litigation cases. During that time, he learned about the law from the world’s elite litigators, allowing him to perfect his advocacy skills. Later, David was a Partner in the personal injury department at Spar & Bernstein, a famous and busy downtown New York City law firm, where he personally represented individuals who were seriously injured in construction accidents, car accidents, trip and fall accidents, premises cases, and wrongful death actions. Eventually, David decided to leave Spar & Bernstein to join forces with Moshe to create Levy & Borukh, PLLC, a powerhouse personal injury law firm. Since leaving, David and Moshe have continued to build their brand by cementing their names among the elite law firms in New York and New Jersey. Primarily representing the interests of American Transit Insurance Company’s insureds by providing legal defenses for property damage, personal injuries, and uninsured/underinsured motorists.
