David Schnitzer began his legal career in Portsmouth, Virginia in 1997, dedicating the first 10 years to representing injured railroad workers under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. He relocated to Florida in 2008, handling civil litigation including foreclosure defense, community association law, construction defects, and divorce. In 2017, he founded a divorce and family mediation firm and became a Florida Supreme Court-certified family mediator. David joined The Moody Law Firm in 2022, returning to FELA matters and representing individuals harmed by negligence.
