As a founding member of Hamilton Weber, David Hamilton remains affiliated with the firm to provide advice and counsel to the lawyers who are providing legal services to the firm’s clients, however, his practice is now devoted to Alternative Dispute Resolution with Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, also known as JAMS. During the 44 years David actively practiced law, his focus was primarily in the following areas and he routinely provides mediation and arbitration services in these areas with JAMS: General Municipal Representation, Construction Litigation, Civil Rights Defense, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Condemnation.
