David T. Showalter

David Showalter joined Bosson Legal Group, P.C. as an Associate Attorney in August 2019. He leads the Firm’s Estate Planning and Estate Administration practice as well as serves clients worldwide in the Firm’s Defense Base Act practice. Before joining Bosson Legal Group, Mr. Showalter served as an Attorney-Advisor for Judge Carrie Bland, working on administrative law cases, including black lung disability and Defense Base Act injury compensation, whistleblower retaliation, and labor certification claims.
