About David

Born and raised in Pell City, Alabama, David Tuck has built his career on a steadfast commitment to helping others. His journey has taken him and his family from Birmingham to Jacksonville, FL, to Montgomery, and ultimately back home to Birmingham-a path that has shaped his perspective and deepened his passion for service. Before joining Wettermark Keith, David spent the vast majority of his career with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations, working his way up from Legal Assistant to Attorney Advisor, Supervisory Attorney Advisor, and Quality Review Specialist. Along the way, he also held diverse roles as a land survey crew chief, Blue Cross and Blue Shield customer service representative, and legal secretary. While he was attending law school, David balanced full-time work with his studies, graduating with honors from Birmingham School of Law in 2014. His firsthand experience within the Social Security system gives him unique insight into the challenges clients face and the best strategies to overcome them.
