David Benson Is a personal injury lawyer born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and grew up in North Carolina and Tennessee. He graduated from The McCallie School and then attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in English.
