About David
David W. Birnbaum is a lifelong Philadelphian, licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He joined Howland Hess Birnbaum in 2017, bringing experience in personal injury and insurance subrogation. He became a named partner in 2020, focusing on estate planning and administration. He is a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2023) and a Super Lawyer (2025), and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (2024).
