About Dawn
Dawn M. Pinnisi is a Founding Partner of the Firm. She has twenty-five years of litigation experience, predominantly handling injury claims in New York and New Jersey on behalf of victims of product liability, professional malpractice, and negligence. She has recovered tens of millions of dollars in jury verdicts, settlements, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Pinnisi is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was honored as one of the 'Top 100 Trial Lawyers' by the National Trial Lawyers. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer and by Best of the Bar. She is a proud member of the National Traumatic Brain Injury Association. She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. from St. John’s University, Magna Cum Laude.
