Dayton Haigney is Of Counsel with Caesar, Napoli & Spivak PLLC, having joined in 1997. He has extensive legal experience, including ten years in the legal department of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He primarily handles depositions and utilizes his mediation and insurance law background to settle cases. Mr. Haigney has been involved in thousands of litigated cases, selected hundreds of juries, and taken verdicts in over seventy-five cases. He graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 1984 and received his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in New York and also serves as a principal mediator at Pacific Atlantic Mediation.
