Dean M. Whalen is an attorney with a long career in criminal, civil, and corporate law, finding criminal litigation the most rewarding. He focuses on providing the best possible defense for his clients. Before joining the firm, he worked as a litigation and corporate attorney, including a role as Chief Legal Officer. His career began in 1985 as a prosecuting attorney in the Northwestern District Attorney’s office, handling numerous criminal matters and OUIs, before specializing in criminal defense in private practice.
