Dean M. Whalen is an attorney with a long career in criminal, civil, and corporate law, finding criminal litigation the most rewarding. His career began in 1985 as a prosecuting attorney in the Northwestern District Attorney’s office, handling numerous criminal matters and OUIs, before specializing in criminal defense in private practice.
