Deb Barnes

Deb Barnes was born in Logansport, Indiana, and attended Manchester College. She earned her law degree from John Marshall Law School (now University of Illinois Chicago Law School) in 2002, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Computer and Information Law. After working for the City of Chicago and a large firm in Washington D.C. doing SEC work, she returned to the Midwest to serve as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Coles and Shelby County.
