Debra joined Garufi Law P.C. in March 2020, previously serving as Managing Partner at Tully Rinckey. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2003 and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2007.
