Debra McHugh was born in Alberta, Canada and attended law school in Honolulu Hawaii. Active in the Lake Tahoe community, she focuses on personal attention to her clients legal needs. Debra is accessible and believes that it is important to understand the client’s situation and goals. She is licensed to practice law in California, Hawaii and the federal courts. Before attending law school Debra was a schoolteacher in Calgary, Alberta.
