Dennis James Balsamo is an attorney who founded his firm in 2002. He received his law enforcement degree in 1977 and served as a police officer and criminal investigator for the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's office for 18 years, achieving a 98% conviction rate. He earned his law degree in 1999 from Santa Barbara College of Law. Prior to his legal career, he served as a military police officer in the US Army during the Vietnam War and later in the California Army National Guard, achieving the rank of captain. He was admitted to the California bar in 1999.
