About Dennis

Dennis Petersen, who graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1980, initially worked in insurance defense before dedicating his career to representing plaintiffs and claimants against insurance companies. He handled over two thousand personal injury cases before co-founding Petersen and Parkinson in 1997, which later became Petersen, Parkinson & Arnold. He represented injured workers in Southern and Southeast Idaho for over 35 years, taking hundreds of cases to hearing and settling thousands more. He now provides consultation to the firm.
