About Denny
Denny Sumpter is an experienced trial attorney, with focus on personal injury cases, civil litigation, and matters involving real estate and probate. Sumpter has represented clients in hundreds of civil litigation cases, and practices in both state and federal court. Sumpter is a native of West Memphis, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University, where he where he was served as Student Body President. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humpreys Law School at the University of Memphis. Sumpter was elected by his community to serve as State Representative to the Arkansas General Assembly from 2003 through 2009. His experience continues to inform his compassion for people and leads him to work tirelessly to provide quality legal representation.
