About Denzil
Denzil Blackwood, originally from Kingston, Jamaica, moved to the U.S. at age 12. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University, College of Law. During law school, he made the Dean’s List and served as a Senior Editor on the Law Review, receiving a plaque for his scholarly contributions. As a licensed attorney and proud member of the Florida State Bar, Denzil's career highlights include three consecutive wins while working at the Broward County Public Defender’s office. He actively participates in professional associations. In his free time, Denzil enjoys working out and cooking.
