Derek Freeman

Derek W. Freeman is an aggressive litigator with many years’ experience advocating for the rights of individuals with life-altering injuries. Before joining Fielding Law, Mr. Freeman practiced in disability law, bankruptcy, family law, and criminal defense. He studied law at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he participated in the international law moot court team and earned honors as an editor for the Colorado Law Review.
