Derek will bring years of experience working in corporate compliance with a concentration in nonprofit formation and management, and intellectual property. Throughout his career, he has worked with dozens of churches and Christian charities. He also has experience in personal and corporate tax negotiations with the IRS, intellectual property rights via copyright and trademark application, and renewal compliance. He is admitted to practice in Washington State and is a member of the American Bar Association.
