Derek Weems

Derek Weems, originally from Farmington, NM, represents injured individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims throughout New Mexico. He received a degree in Political Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, and graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Prior to law school, he managed small businesses, worked in gaming and Alaskan tourism, and was a motivational speaker. He worked in insurance defense before co-founding Dorato & Weems LLC in 2008.
