Desiree is the Director of Client Advocacy at Venerable Injury Law. As the person that oversees the personal injury claims unit, her duties include, but are not limited to, facilitation of interworking office teams, intercompany project implementation, process/protocol development, employee onboarding/new hire training, and ensuring that each team member is effectively performing to the best of their potential.
