About Diane
Diane Senakievich, an alumna of St. Clairsville High School, holds a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Ohio University and a law degree from Ohio Northern University (completed in two years). She began her career in 2003, primarily practicing civil litigation. She was named a "Best Lawyer" for five consecutive years and serves as a Mental Hygiene Commissioner for the 1st Judicial Circuit in West Virginia. Diane is licensed in Ohio and West Virginia, as well as the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Northern District of West Virginia. She focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, construction disputes, contracts, business law, real estate, and financial transactions.
