Diane joined Irpino Avin & Hawkins in early 2024. She is currently involved in MDL 2804 - In re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation and MDL No. 3080 - In re Insulin Pricing Litigation. She started her legal career in transactional real estate, later defended an SEC investigation, and worked for a Federal agency on a Federal disability class action. Most recently, she worked in Plaintiffs class actions related to medical drugs and devices. Diane earned her Juris Doctor simultaneously with a Master’s in Social Work.
