About Dolores
Dolores Y. Leal, a partner in our firm, specializes in sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination cases. Before joining the firm in 1991, she worked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a senior trial attorney. She is the author of Litigating Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination Cases and a frequent speaker. She was honored as CELA's 'Employment Law Attorney of the Year' in 1999 and has been named a Southern California 'SuperLawyer' since 2004.
