Dominic Buttitta, Jr. is the founder and managing attorney of Buttitta Law Group, LLC, overseeing the firm’s criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation practices. He began his legal career in 2007 at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, later moving to the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office. In 2013, he co-founded Carponelli & Buttitta, LLC, and established Buttitta Law Group, LLC in 2015. He has tried over 100 cases and is recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer and National Top 100 Trial Attorney. He was also a Judicial Candidate for the Circuit Court of Cook County in 2022 and practices alongside his sisters, Angela M. Buttitta and Dominique A. Buttitta.
