Don Spears is a trial lawyer with over 40 years of experience, practicing in Arkansas since 1975. He holds a bachelor's degree from Ouachita Baptist University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His practice areas include personal injury, commercial transactions, banking, business litigation, and real estate law. He has recovered millions for personal injury cases, particularly closed head brain injuries, and has mentored other attorneys, teaching classes on closed-head brain injuries. Don has also served on the Arkansas Development Finance Authority board and the Legislative Policy Committee for the Arkansas Bar Association, and was appointed as a special judge.
