Donald H. Nikolaus co-founded Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP in 1973. He was instrumental in the firm's growth and also served as President and CEO of Donegal Group, a founding Board Member of Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic, and President of the Columbia Water Company. He passed away in 2022.
