Donald K. Scott has been in practice since 1994, specializing in Workers' Compensation Law. In 1998, he became one of the first attorneys in Ohio to be certified as a specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is dedicated to helping injured workers secure their rights and benefits.
