Donald Shiffman

Donald Shiffman was born in the city of Detroit and attended Detroit Public Schools, graduating from Henry Ford High School in June of 1966. He attended Wayne State University and received a Business Administration degree in June of 1970. Following graduation, he applied for and obtained admission to Detroit College of Law. He obtained a JD degree in June of 1973. In the fall of 1973, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and admitted to practice law in the United States Federal Court.
