Donnalynn Darling is Of Counsel of the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice groups at Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. Her practice focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury trial work, including catastrophic tort and wrongful death cases. She routinely represents clients who have been seriously injured or killed in car, truck, train, plane, bus and bicycle accidents, injuries resulting from premises liability, assault and battery, rape and other intentional acts. Ms. Darling also represents workers who are injured as a result of New York State Labor Law violations in construction accidents. She is also Of Counsel of the Education Law practice, assisting parents of learning disabled children in securing timely educational evaluations, services and accommodations. Ms. Darling’s professional life has been driven by her advocacy for those who cannot defend themselves. She began her career in 1978 as an Assistant District Attorney under Bronx D.A. Mario Merola, prosecuting sex crimes involving children and pioneering the use of anatomically-correct cloth dolls for testimony. She is a frequent lecturer on trial evidence, special education law and related topics.
